Business project management


The Enterprise back-office suite adds support for key business processes such as orders, invoicing and management reporting and enables several business areas and locations.


You can install Enterprise back-office tools if you already have ProjectCompanion installed on your Windows server.

Example: Project portfolio administration

Use the management console to create project programmes with sub-projects. Specify advanced properties such as service types, payment sharing, contract value, account codes, etc.




Example: Invoicing

Run the invoice wizard to create invoices. Print invoices, invoice specifications, envelopes, sales reports, etc. You can print invoice originals, copies and reminders. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to make changes to invoice content and to change their status.




Example: Sales and business reporting

Analyze sales for customers, project types, projects, products, etc to quickly see and adapt to market trends. Analyze how resources have been used, for example to compare worked and billed time, and to view work trends for project types, customers, departments, activities, etc.
